Shipping Information

Marigold Sky Studio ships worldwide with standard shipping, utilizing a variety of carriers.  At this time we do not offer express shipping options, although we hope to offer this option in the future.

Since our products are made to order, they do not ship immediately and require approximately 2-6 days of production time (average production time is 3 days). Please note the below shipping time estimates below DO NOT include production time.

*Marigold Sky Studio is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or VAT charges that may be charged upon delivery.

- Due to differing production times and packaging, some items may ship separately.
- It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping information when checking out. We cannot guarantee being able to change this information once the order has been shipped and are not liable to replace or refund the item(s) if the incorrect shipping address was provided.

FAQ

What if my order is damaged or lost in transit?

If an item was damaged in transit you must email photos of the damaged item to info@marigoldskystudio.com to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

If a package was lost in transit, please email info@marigoldskystudio.com. 

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, please ensure you notify info@marigoldskystudio.com within 28 days of the estimated delivery date.

Where do your orders ship from?

We use a printing company with locations around the world. Your order will ship from the location closest to you unless that particular facility does not stock the item ordered. In this case, the order will ship from the next closest location that does.
