Return / Exchange Policies

Art Prints / Framed Art Prints / Canvas Art Prints

(including both personalized and non-personalized)

- Only damaged or defective items are eligible to be replaced or refunded.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must email photos of the misprinted/damaged/defective item to info@marigoldskystudio.com within 28 days of receiving your item.

 

Clothing

Returns: We accept returns on all clothing items (providing they are in their original condition). Customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the item to Marigold Sky Studio (please note, our Returns address is located in Canada). You will be refunded for your original order once we receive the item. Contact info@marigoldskystudio.com for the Returns mailing address.

Size exchanges: We accept size exchanges on all clothing items at our cost.
- However! We recommend reviewing the size chart on the product page prior to ordering - it’s always easier to receive the correct size on the first try. ;)

If you end up needing to exchange a size, follow the steps below:
- Email info@marigoldskystudio.com for our Returns mailing address.
- Ship your item back to us using the most inexpensive shipping method at the post office.
- Retain your receipt and send a photo of it to info@marigoldskystudio.com, as well as the new size you would like to receive. 

- As soon as we receive proof of shipment we will refund the shipping cost to you, as well as ship the new size to you free of charge.

Damaged / defective / mis-printed items: If you receive a defective item, please send photos to info@marigoldskystudio.com to receive a refund or replacement.

 

Please note, for all returns / exchanges / refunds we must be notified within 28 days of the date you received your order, and the return / exchange must be shipped within those 28 days (if applicable). 

Extended holiday returns / exchange policy: Items purchased between November 1 and December 24 are eligible for return or exchange up until January 15 (or 28 days after receiving the item, whichever is later).
